Strategy
Our strategy is aimed at forging long-term, open and honest business relationships. Source currently represents over 1000 professionals, who are engaged on a project basis at a wide range of clients. Source aims for continuity. Source has been working for a number of highly prominent, major AEX-listed businesses from as early as 1 May 1999. However, we do not consider any party whatsoever too small to become our partner.
Diverse parties throughout the Netherlands offer similar services to ours on the Internet or as a by-product. However, supermarkets also offer a great deal of choice. Source considers itself just as much an A-brand as Coca Cola in the food sector. For instance; you know exactly what you can expect of the contents of every single bottle or can, and will never be disappointed. Contract Management & Payroll Services is Source’s core business.
Quality
We are represented in various sectors. Source also has considerable experience with overseas freelancers, (temporary) employees and SEPs who perform projects in the Netherlands. Furthermore, our range of auxiliary services offers not only our clients, but also the SEPs, freelancers and temporary employees considerable added value.
The key factor in Source’s business operations is the quality of service we provide. We meet our commitments and ensure that all parties to the contract meet theirs also. This enables us to identify risks at an early stage, while adequately dealing with any difficulties that may arise.
We have a certified quality assurance system in place (ISO 9001:2000) to vouch for the quality we supply. In addition, our specialist Payroll operating company, Source Payroll Services BV, is certified as compliant with both the NEN 4400-1 standard and the safety checklist for the temporary staffing sector (VCU). This also enables us to provide our services in sectors that are more susceptible to risk, such as the oil and gas sector.
We carry out regular customer satisfaction surveys. The findings of these surveys invariably confirm that we amply comply with the expectations of our business relations. In 2008, clients and suppliers/ SEPs/ temporary employees awarded us an average score of 8.3 on a scale of 1 to 10.
Source considers not only its clients, but also the freelancers, SEPs and temporary employees as customers. This clearly distinguishes us from others in the field of services we supply.
